Important Information
ACCEPTANCE: All orders are subject to acceptance by
Home Office of Adams USA, Inc. Future orders are respectfully solicited.
All quotations, contracts and agreements are made subject to adjustment
in price or terms to meet conditions imposed by such industrial controlled
legislation or any form of tax which may be levied by any government agency.
CANCELLATIONS: Stock orders may not be cancelled or
changed without Adams consent by phone at least 30 days prior to shipment.
SHORTAGES: Shipments from ADAMS USA, INC. are counted
at least twice before cartons are weighed and the number of cartons and
the weight are posted to each invoice. Therefore, shortages should not
exist, and if they are reported, verification is made as to the amount
delivered to the carrier. Shortages as the result of the carrier, either
missing cartons or damaged cartons must be reported to the carrier. ADAMS
USA, INC. will assist in any way on claims made against carrier. If the
carrier does not appear to be at fault, and a shortage exists, a claim
against ADAMS USA, INC. must be submitted within 10 days of the receipt
of shipment.

ADVISES THAT BOLCO BASES, HOME PLATES AND PITCHERS’ PLATES ARE DESIGNED
TO BE A REFERENCE POINT ONLY ON A BASEBALL DIAMOND. THESE PRODUCTS ARE
NOT DESIGNED TO BE USED IN WET, ICY, NOR MUDDY CONDITIONS, AND SHOULD
BE REPLACED WHEN TEXTURED SURFACE IS WORN. FURTHERMORE, SLIDING INTO A
BASEBALL BASE OR HOME PLATE REPRESENTS A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER. INJURY
MAY OCCUR.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
Merchandise is nonreturnable except for defect in manufacturing or errors
of ADAMS USA, INC. A 20% service charge on all returned merchandise for
repacking and stocking. A 25% service charge on all merchandise returned
with customer’s stickers affixed. Any anauthorized returns or refused
orders are subject to an automatic 20% handling charge. ALL MERCHANDISE
MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID. NO REFUND ON SHIPPING CHARGES. MUST BE ACCOMPAINED
BY INVOICE# / P.O. #.
REFUSALS: Any refused order is subject to an automatic
20% handling charge.
CLAIMS FILING: Any and all claims made against an order
or invoice must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
STATEMENT OF POLICY: The user assumes all risks entailed
in action, since ADAMS USA, INC. cannot guarantee freedom from injury.
Use of this equipment cannot prevent serious injury or death. Sporting
events are dangerous in nature, and the participant assumes all risks
therein. It is Dealer/Distributor responsibility to pass this information
to consumer. All equipment is sold on this condition, and by no means
can any company representative waive or alter this position. ADAMS USA,
INC. shall not be liable to damages arising from failure to make delivery
of all or any part of any order caused by fire, flood, strikes, riots,
inability to obtain supplies and materials, act of God, or any circumstances
or accident beyond its control.
WARRANTY: We guarantee to each purchaser of equipment
listed in our catalog that it will give satisfaction when used for the
purpose intended under fair treatment and ordinary conditions unless otherwise
stated herein. We agree to REPAIR or REPLACE, free of charge, any guaranteed
article which proves defective in workmanship or material, when subjected
to fair treatment, provided such article is returned to us, transportation
charges prepaid. Your name and address must be on the package.
SHIPMENTS: Due to ADAMS USA, INC. substantial discount
with certain freight lines, ADAMS USA, INC. reserves the right to ship
any and all shipments by the carrier ADAMS USA, INC. deems appropriate.
If a customer wishes to make different arrangements, the customer is responsible
for all freight charges.
RECONDITIONERS: (Click
here for a list of Recommended Reconditioners) Adams USA recommends
that football helmets be periodically reconditioned and recertified as
part of a routine maintenance and inspection program.
Adams USA helmet can only be recertified by companies who are members
of the National Athletic Equipment Reconditioners Association (NAERA)
and who are following the National Operating Committee on Standard for
Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) standard specifications for recertification
of football helmets.
Adams USA believes that NAERA members are skilled in reconditioning and
recertification and do not need guidance from Adams USA on the particular
steps a given reconditioning and recertification firm feels it must take
to recertify Adams USA for return to play.
Adams USA does supply replacement and repair parts to be used in the reconditioning/recertification
process. Only Adams USA manufactured replacement parts can be used as
replacement parts for Adams USA helmets. This includes hardware, energy
attenuating components, comfort components, paints and labeling. Failure
to use Adams USA components will void any remaining helmet warranty.
